The 4 story facility will consist of 75 private rooms distributed in 3 levels with one level fully accessible to veterans with physical disabilities and rooms featuring well-designed interiors with great attention to detail, materials, and finishes to maximize the relation between interior and exterior spaces and spatial layout and design will enhance awareness and easily memorable spaces to help those with memory related illnesses.

In addition to the residents’ rooms, the building will feature accessible reception and administration areas, cafeteria, dietary kitchen, dining room, shops, security office medicine, supplies and staff areas and other support facilities as well as access to car parking and transportation facilities. All built structures will be designed to meet code requirements to resist hurricane-strength winds and torrential rain runoff.

All buildings will incorporate green and sustainable site and architectural design systems such as solar power, rainwater harvesting, natural ventilation, daylight, sustainable materials, and green building components.
